Billing and invoices are from CODE INSIGHTS LTD, the parent company of PostcodeInsights. Any charges and documentation will appear under this company name.
PostcodeInsights does not offer refunds for subscription fees. Once a payment has been processed for your monthly subscription, it is non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused portions of a billing period, or if you cancel shortly after subscribing.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD ($3.99, approximately £2.93/month). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or dashboard. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period; no further charges will be made. We do not provide refunds for the remaining days of that period.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details. If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, duplicate charge or unauthorised use), please contact us at buddypostcode@gmail.com with the date and amount so we can look into it. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled in line with our payment processor’s terms.
